I found an article in the Wall Street Journal about Google and Microsoft launching searches that use images to find information. I think it is a great resource to use with students, especially visual learners. Google's Image Swirl is still in the Google labs. The website is http://imageswirl.googlelabs.com.
Bing also has a version called Visual Search. You can access it from the home page. There is a Visual Search link. They work a little differently but both are worth exploring.--SK
